Jamie Pollard-Jones
After Commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Jamie’s experience as a tank commander taught him how teams needed to be formed in such a way that they could withstand the highest of pressures.
Merging Operational experience with a stint of instruction at the Army Training Centre, Pirbright, Jamie created the High-Intensity Team Transformation programme to combat what he saw as a lack of imagination within the Corporate Environment.
Jamie is a certified DISC practitioner, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, a qualified Agile practitioner and has extensive experience working on high-profile projects within the Corporate Domain.
Michelle Mills-Porter
Michelle is a multi-award-winning businesswoman, speaker, author and master behavioural profiler with comprehensive experience in the business domain. Her talent has seen her identified as a platinum level member of the Top Recommended People Worldwide on LinkedIn, with over 500 recommendations of her work.
Michelle has worked with DecodeXP throughout its creative phase, bringing her advanced behavioural-profiling expertise and understanding of the contemporary business environment to assist the team in creating an experience which elicits key traits, setting the conditions for fundamental behavioural change.
Paul Nanson CBE
Paul Nanson is a retired Major-General, author and leadership expert with over thirty years of Army service including both the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. Most recently he was the Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, General Officer Commanding Army Recruiting and Initial Training Command (ARITC), and Director of Army Leadership. He’s a published Author, with his debut book Stand Up Straight appearing on the Sunday Times Bestseller List.
Paul has worked closely with DecodeXP in the development of the High-Intensity Team Transformation Programme, allowing us to call upon his years of experience the at the forefront of Army Training, broad understanding of high-pressure Operational environments and fundamental knowledge of what it means to form successful teams.

Sam Pollard-Jones
With 1000s of hours of Experiential facilitation and design, Sam is an integral part of delivering the High-Intensity Team Transformation Programme. Sam has been involved in the creation of high-profile experiences including debuting a branded Escape Room on behalf of Crabbies at Bournemouth 7s, the UK’s largest Sports and Music Festival.
Sam has also worked on projects in the corporate domain, facilitating Dyson’s own Escape Room experience – with over 250k Social Media impressions worldwide. His influence has allowed the problem-solving element of the HITT Programme to be completely immersive, drawing key personality metrics to the fore.
